This is a great design with a really original choice of font to suit the magazine really well. It is on the border between Merit and Distinction at the moment. To make the difference, you could add some cover lines to the four inset shots and straighten up the barcode. In some ways it does look like a catalogue cover rather than a magazine. you could add something to the 25% sale coverline to explain if this is a promotion of a particular product.
